Vita Anders Blak

Anders Blak  is a Danish citizen who for the past 15 years has been involved in international business development within the NGO space.
Anders started his career as a Key Account Manager, followed
by International Sales Manager to hands on Managing Director for a start –up company. Main duties included strategic and operational sales management, from strategy to execution,
and management of long and complex sales processes to
clients such as the United Nations, International Non-Governmental Organizations and Government, International Financial Institutions, as well as commercial companies operating with relief, conflict and in emerging markets.
Anders has experience from both the field as well as headquarter and donor level as he has lived and worked in cities such as Kabul, Ouagadougou, Port Au Prince and Washington DC, just to name a few.  Because of his industry experience, he has knowledge and understanding of the complexity and challenges that organizations often are facing in its work and with various stakeholders. Consequently Anders has been able to help organizations to identify unique solutions overcoming or reducing some of those challenges.
Anders joined Global Benefits Group in 2014 as Sales Director with the objective to identify and develop products suitable for the NGO world market.
Anders has a Bachelor in Business Administration with focus on International Business from Aarhus Business School in Denmark.
 


Vita Gene Nealon

An executive insurance underwriter and programs specialist, Gene Nealon has spent his 32-year insurance career working in
the underwriting, development and senior management of
global specialty and affinity products and programs for individuals as well as commercial and consumer groups. From Accident & Health, Life, Financial Lines, Mobile Warranty and other Personal Lines insurance to D&O,
Professional Indemnity, K&R and other Special Risk products, Gene has held senior executive roles working for such iconic companies as AIG, Marsh and CIGNA Group.  Before joining GBG in 2016 as Managing Director of GBG Specialty, Gene worked as Managing Director and Chief Underwriter of A&H and Affinity Insurance at London-based Hyperion, working for its MGA - Dual International.  Dual is Lloyds's largest international coverholder.
Having begun his insurance career in the New York office of Marsh & MClennan as a junior Placement Officer, he eventually held such roles of Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of A&H with AIG in Paris as well as Regional Vice President of A&H and Personal Lines for the company for the Middle East and Africa Region based in Johannesburg.  Gene also held regional underwriting roles for AIG Japan in Tokyo.
Prior to AIG, Gene served as Special Risk Underwriting Manager for CIGNA Corporation's Specialty Division in Washington, DC and Philadelphia during the 1990s.
An entrepreneurial underwriter, during 2010 Gene created his own London-based Affinity Consultancy - Nealon Affinity Partners, Limited. Nealon Affinity provided new business underwriting and management development support to a variety of global organisations including Assurex Global, Hyperion Group, CV Starr Companies, MAI, Driasi Corporation, Kessler Financial, AIG and the US Professional Insurance Agents Association (PIA).
A native Pennsylvanian now living in London, Gene graduated and attended St. Bonaventure,  Ball State  and Syracuse Universities and is actively involved in various London City and Lloyds of London insurance organisations and is a current member of the US Professional Insurance Mass Marketing Association.

Vita Claudia Reichstein

Claudia Reichstein war nach ihrer Ausbildung zur Bankkauffrau und ihrem Studium zur Diplom-Betriebswirtin seit 1990 bei der Dresdner Bank AG in Frankfurt im Bereich Personal und Einstellung tätig. Es folgten von 1996 bis 1999 berufliche Stationen bei der Provinzial Versicherung in Köln und von 2000 bis 2007 im Vertrieb eines internationalen Spezialmaklers. Hier betreute sie die internationalen Kundenorganisationen im Bildungsaustausch. Claudia Reichstein ist seit 2008 bei DR-WALTER und als Vertriebsdirektorin verantwortlich für die Bereiche Internationale Studentenprogramme, Freiwillige, Entwicklungshelfer, Fachkräfte und Missionare.

Vita Anette Schwitzke

Anette Schwitzke hat einen Master in Konfliktbearbeitung und war im Rahmen des Zivilen Friedensdienstes in Afghanistan tätig.Sie war fünf Jahre als Referentin bei einem weltwärts Qualitätsverbund tätig, konzipierte u.a. Workshops und beriet Träger zu allen anfallenden Fragen.
Seit Februar ist Anette Schwitzke freiberuflich als Trainerin und Consultant im Themenfeld Frieden, Konflikt und Sicherheit tätig, u.a. für die GIZ und die Bundeswehr. Sie studiert berufsbegleitend in einem Masterprogramm der Universität Münster "Nonprofit Management".


Vita Karl Heinz Land

Karl-Heinz Land ist Insider der digitalen Transformation. Sein Herzensthema – die Digitalisierung – erlebt und gestaltet er seit über 35 Jahren, unter anderem in Führungspositionen bei international operierenden Unternehmen wie Oracle, BusinessObjects (SAP) und Microstrategy. Mit neuland hat er 2014 eine Digital und Strategieberatung ins Leben gerufen, die laut Ranking der Zeitschrift „brandeins“ wiederholt zu den besten Deutschlands zählt.

Als Co-Autor hat Land mehrere wegweisende Managementbücher veröffentlicht. In seinem aktuellen Buch „Erde 5.0 – Die Zukunft provozieren“ wendet sich Karl-Heinz Land an die breite Öffentlichkeit und stellt sich einer ambitionierten Aufgabe: wie wir die Welt mittels der Digitalisierung retten können.
